Wax Polish delivers a protective and lustrous finish that shields your vehicle’s paintwork and enhances its appearance. All services are carried out by our trained and experienced team using industry-approved products and equipment. Service availability, pricing, and duration may vary depending on the vehicle type and condition. Sparkle Motors reserves the right to decline a service request if, in our professional assessment, the vehicle condition poses a risk to our staff or equipment. We do not guarantee that our services will address pre-existing damage, deeply embedded stains, paint defects, or mechanical issues present on your vehicle prior to our service. Clients are encouraged to inform our team of any existing damage or special conditions before a service commences. Sparkle Motors will not be held responsible for issues that were present before the service or that arise from factors outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Kenyan law, Sparkle Motors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client in connection with a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that particular service. Sparkle Motors takes great care in handling every vehicle entrusted to us; however, clients are advised to remove all personal valuables from their vehicles prior to any service. Sparkle Motors shall not be held liable for the loss or damage of personal items left inside vehicles during service. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our staff during a service, clients must report the issue to us at the time of vehicle collection or within 24 hours of service completion for us to investigate and respond appropriately.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services provided by Sparkle Motors shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya.
